  เครื่องจักร เป็นเครื่องใหม่ มือหนึ่ง ต่างจากโรงอื่น ที่ใช้เครื่องเก่า มือสอง อายุ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป

SMT Assembly Service : รับจ้างวางอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบไม่มีขา (SMD) ลงบนแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ (PCB)

• เครื่องวางอุปกรณ์ Surface Mount สามารถวาง IC ตัวถังแบบ SOIC, PLCC, SOP, QFP, QFN, BGA
• เครื่องจับวางอุปกรณ์ SMT เป็นเครื่องใหม่ จับชิ้นส่วนได้ดีกว่า ช่วยลดของเสีย
• มีประสบการณ์ในการประกอบ GPS module, LED ลงบน metal core PCB (aluminium PCB) และ flex circuit (FPC)
• โรงงานมีกำลังการผลิต 20 ล้านชิ้นต่อ/เดือน
• โรงงานอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล ระหว่างรังสิตและนิคมอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร (ถนนพหลโยธิน ตำบลคลองหนึ่ง อำเภอคลองหลวง จังหวัดปทุมธานี)
• บริการครบวงจร (สามารถเลือกขอบเขตการบริการได้)

• ยินดีรับงานเล็ก : ขั้นต่ำ 5000 บาท/ครั้ง + ค่าเครื่องมือ (จ่ายครั้งเดียว) ตามความจำเป็น เริ่มที่ 3000 บาท/รุ่น

1. QFN และ Power LED ควรบัดกรีใต้ตัวถังเพื่อการระบายความร้อนที่ดี
2. QFN และ Power LED ควรประกอบด้วยเครื่อง SMT (screen print, pick-and-place, reflow) เพื่อลดของเสีย
